Mature Technical Team
The team that develops BLDC motor control for power tools, of our company, has much experience for more than five years in the field. At present , our company has developed around 500 projects for garden tools and power tools.
At present, the products of our company in the field of BLDC product application area are garden tools, gardening tools, power tools, medical equipment, soybean milk machine, vacuum cleaner, high pressure fan, industrial sewing machine, water pump, oil pump, special vehicles, electric cruise, etc. The stability of of controling project has been proved already. The development scheme has been in the trial phase for nearly 5 yearsm, and it has solved many detial problems, such as heavy load start, with Hall start without Hall operation, etc. Now we have been providing large amount of products for many foreign companies. We also assist costumers to explore many personalized functions. (such as automatic switch, dump protection, lawnmowing and walking drive integration, etc)
The Scheme is based on many years of experience in motor application design, being combined with the actual practical circuitm, which cooperates with the MCU realizong flexible software control. We added many hardware self-check functions, such as When MOSFET is damaged, MCU software combination circuit can detect the damage amd the bridge driver output will be forbidden to prevent the secondary damage of the circuit, battery, and equipment
The security and functions of the product
According to the project about electrical practical design experience for many years and with practical circuit, we added many self test functions in hard ware in the cooperation of flexible software control capability.
When MOSFET is damaged, the MCU software combined with circuit can test the damage and will disable output for bridge drive to prevent secondary damage of circuit, battery and equipment.
